• Assist in compiling maintenance plans using:

o Preventive maintenance schedules

o Condition monitoring reports

o Defect lists and root cause analysis findings

• Help prioritise maintenance activities under supervision

• Support the preparation of:

o Weekly and monthly schedules

o Shutdown plans

‍

• Update and maintain maintenance schedules and records.

• Assist in coordinating maintenance teams and contractors.

• Support planning meetings by preparing documents and capturing minutes.

• Help ensure required materials, tools, and spares are available.

• Track progress of maintenance activities and update status reports.

• Collect and capture daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance data.

• Assist in generating performance reports and KPIs.

• Help identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Participate in plant walkdowns and inspections, assist in raising work orders, and tracking defects and corrective actions through to completion.

• Support root cause analysis processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support procurement processes by helping source quotations.

• Identify and report material shortages.

• Assist in monitoring spare parts and stock levels.

• Comply with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) requirements.

• Participate in:

o Risk assessments

o Safety inspections

o Hazard identification and reporting

‍

• Ensure good housekeeping practices and attend required safety training (e.g. confined spaces, working at heights)

• Support communication between departments and work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams.

• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with clients and contractors
